Co-Driver

Andy Hollingham

Andy and Bill grew up at rally's together with Paul, Andy's dad, navigating for Bill's step-dad Gary. Andy was navigating on road rally's from an early age with great success winning multiple championships and now has swapped seats driving on road rally events across the south of England. Andy and Bill have built up a great partnership after over 10 years of competing together.

Team Boss

Gary Le Coadou

Gary has been involved in rallying for most of his life, and being Bill’s step dad it was his influence that made Bill want to start competing himself. Gary is Bill’s mentor and is seen as the Malcolm Wilson of the team. Gary also competes in a variety of cars such as the ex Carlos Sainz Toyota Corolla WRC that can be seen in the picture.

Logistics and Catering

Penny (Mum)

Rallying is often a family affair, and this team are no exception. Bill’s mum Penny helps to find accommodation for the team and ensures the team are well fed and watered on events. On events she can usually be found worrying in the service van. An immense support whose caring nature carries the team through thick and thin.

Number 1 Fan and Team Translator

Maaike Bonny

Bill's better half. Originally from Belgium, where her and Bill met after the Ypres rally, Maaike has been immersed into the world of rallying over the past few years. Always there to support everyone in the team. First in line to jump into the car on a test day, with no fear ever shown, until she came in the Subaru! Maaike is a big help with her local knowledge on events in Belgium, which we plan to do alot more of in the future.

Development Engineer

Scott Barnes

Scott has played a huge role in supporting Bill, helping with a lot of fabrication and setup work. Scott also rallies a Peugeot 106 Rallye, in the 1600 class and has recently built a new further developed 106, also known as Evo 3! When Scott isn’t up to his elbows in rally cars he is doing his day job in the wind tunnel at Williams Formula 1 team. Scott’s experience and knowledge of 106’s coupled with his skills that have been refined at Williams are a key part of the teams success.

Team Engineer

Charlie Bole

Charlie, also known as C, is another truly key player. Many nights are spent between rallies in Bill’s garage helping to get the car ready. Charlie also plays a big role on events as part of the service crew, his efficiency and professionalism are unrivalled. He has serviced for Bill and Gary for many years and his dedication is immense. Charlie has a large number of fast road cars himself, including an E46 BMW M3 and highly modified Toyota Celica GT4 ST185.

Team Mechanic

Andy Hall

Kind hearted father Andy is always available to help out on events, and even sit in the silly seat if required. His up-beat morale and endless book of jokes means he always helps with mental preparation on events. Being a very experienced co-driver, and growing up with his Dad competing as well as working as a Motorsport UK official, Andy understands the regulations and all aspects and what it takes to be competitive on the stages.

Team Mechanic

James Boyles

Another kind hearted soul, Jimmy Boyles has become more involved with the team over the past few years. Having been around the service parks for many years for different crews, and also with some experience competing in another Peugeot 106, Boyles is always on hand to get his hands dirty, and never afraid of the odd burn off a hot exhaust when time is tight. A very handy guy to have around.
